Cookies policy
Last updated: 17 May 2026
The site theuniformaker.ro uses exclusively strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the platform and for keeping your authenticated session. We do not run advertising tags, remarketing pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file saved by the browser to keep simple information across pages (for example, the fact that you are logged in or the items in your cart).
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token — your authenticated session (Supabase Auth). Set only after sign-in, expire automatically on sign-out or after the period configured in the provider.
- tuf-cart — the products and options you've added to the quote-request cart, before sending. Kept 30 days on your browser.
These cookies are necessary for the site to work and cannot be disabled without preventing you from placing a request or signing in. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR + art. 4(5) Law 506/2004 (strictly necessary cookies for a service requested by the user).
Preference (local storage, no HTTP cookies)
- tuf-cookie-consent — we save your response to the cookies banner (accepted / strictly necessary only) so we don't show the banner on every visit. Stored in
localStorage, never sent to the server and you can delete it at any time from browser settings.
3. Third-party cookies
We currently do not integrate tags from advertising or analytics networks (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok, etc.). We use:
- Google Fonts for font loading — Google may log the HTTP request under its own policy.
- Google Maps for the atelier map shown on the contact page — when loaded, the map may set its own cookies under Google's policy.
- Supabase (Auth, Storage, Postgres) — data processor under a signed DPA.
4. Consent banner
On the first visit we show a discreet banner with two options — "Accept" and "Strictly necessary only". Your decision is saved in localStorage and we don't ask again on later visits. To reset the choice, delete the tuf-cookie-consent key from the browser or all site data.
5. How to control them
You can delete cookies directly from your browser settings. If you delete Supabase session cookies you will be signed out and need to sign in again. To fully refuse strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to use the cart or the "My account" section.
6. Contact
For questions about cookies or data processing, write to contact@theuniformaker.ro. We respond within 1–2 business days.
